Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the website zuqah.com and of the products Vardham, Aram and Zournal, operated by ZUQAH TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U62091HR2025PTC136584), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at Palika Bazar, Shop F-4, Krishna Gali, Jind City, Jind, Haryana 126102.
By creating an account or using any of our products, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a contract under Indian law. Our products are intended for use in India.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, and for everything done through your account. Keep your login credentials and one-time passwords confidential. Tell us promptly at support@zuqah.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Where you add employees or team members to your account, you remain responsible for their use of the service.
3. Subscriptions, fees and renewal
Vardham is offered on a paid subscription. Current pricing is shown on the product website. Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- New Vardham accounts include a 30-day free trial. No payment instrument is required to start the trial.
- Subscriptions renew for successive terms unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term, and you keep access until then.
- We may revise pricing. Existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to them.

4. What you may not do
You may not use our products to break the law; to store or transmit unlawful, infringing or harmful content; to send unsolicited commercial messages in breach of applicable regulations; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account; to reverse engineer, decompile or copy our software except as permitted by law; to resell or provide the service to third parties without our written agreement; or to place a load on our systems that interferes with other users.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and we will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
5. Your data and your content
You keep ownership of the data and content you put into our products. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit and display it solely to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for having the right to collect and process any personal data you enter — including data about your own customers, students or members. Where you use our software to hold data about other people, you are the data fiduciary for that data and we act on your instructions. See our Privacy Policy at https://zuqah.com/privacy
You are responsible for the accuracy of any tax, GST or accounting data you record, and for the returns you file.
6. Our intellectual property
The software, design, trade marks, documentation and content of our products belong to Zuqah or our licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you. "ZUQAH", "Vardham", "Aram", "Zournal" and "Zo" are our marks and may not be used without permission.
7. Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may carry out maintenance, and we will try to schedule disruptive work outside business hours where practical.

8. Third-party services
Our products interact with services we do not control, including cloud infrastructure providers, WhatsApp, payment processors, the GST Network and app stores. Their availability and terms are their own. We are not responsible for their acts or failures.
Aram does not verify payments with any bank. Payment entries in Aram are records made by the parties themselves, and are not evidence that money has moved.
Zournal is a journaling and self-reflection tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you are in distress or crisis, please contact a qualified professional or an emergency helpline.
9. Warranties and liability
Our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in that period.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the service, or your handling of personal data belonging to third parties through our products.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend the service on notice, or immediately for a material breach or where required by law. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which we may delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. We will post the revised terms here and update the date above. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will give you at least 30 days' notice. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jind, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction, save that either party may seek urgent interim relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
